The meeting was chaired by Ma Qunmin from the Intelligent Equipment Project Management Office.
2020 Work Deployment, Mechanism Reform, Organizational Structure Adjustment, and Personnel Appointments

The meeting began with Shen Xianfeng, Deputy General Manager of the company, introducing the adjustments to the management structure of the smart equipment division for 2020, the direction of mechanism reform, the annual development goals, and the key work plans for the year. Mr. Shen emphasized that the purpose of these reforms is to establish a highly efficient operational model. By comprehensively signing target responsibility agreements at all levels, we will ensure the thorough implementation of indicators at each tier, uphold a results-oriented approach to accountability, transmit market pressures, and ultimately achieve our annual targets. Regarding the key tasks, Mr. Shen pointed out that standardizing design is of paramount importance. Reducing costs through design optimization not only poses a significant challenge to design and R&D efforts but also represents an imperative goal that must be rigorously met. As for enhancing the overall competence of all employees, Mr. Shen highlighted the importance of training in areas such as professionalism, skills, and safety. Such training must be targeted and tailored accordingly, with classified training programs designed specifically for departments including R&D, engineering, sales, quality, and safety. We need to promptly develop appropriate training plans and implement them as soon as possible.
Project Management Processes and Performance Management Promotion

Ma Qunmin from the Project Management Office provided a detailed explanation of the project management process within the company’s smart equipment division’s mechanism reform. The overall process features tiered management, with each stage closely linked to the next, ensuring that responsibilities are firmly established at every level and reinforcing employees’ commitment to fulfilling their duties effectively, thereby enhancing management efficiency. Subsequently, General Manager Ma went on to elaborate on another crucial component of the mechanism reform—the performance management system. He emphasized that the smart equipment division will implement comprehensive performance management for all employees, conducting performance evaluations on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis. He also introduced different evaluation methods and scoring criteria tailored specifically for regular employees and management personnel. Guided by the goal of achieving set targets, this system aims to motivate employees to continuously improve and grow.
Financial and Project Management Corresponding Processes

Regarding the mechanism reform, Zhou Xiao, Manager of the Financial Management Department in the Smart Equipment Division, introduced the financial work plan and explained that finance will optimize its operations in areas such as budget management, process management, fund management, and personnel management—always keeping products and business as the guiding principle—to enhance efficiency and provide better service to projects. This will help promote and ensure the healthy, steady, and sustainable development of all the company’s projects.
Signing Ceremony for the Target Responsibility Agreement

The fifth agenda item of the meeting involved Deputy General Manager Mr. Shen signing target responsibility agreements separately with the heads of the Marketing Department, the Shanghai Region, the Wuhan Region, the Southern Region, the Jiangxi Region, and the Overseas Region. At the same time, the heads of each region also signed annual targets with their respective affiliated departments. The successful holding of this signing ceremony not only clarified the responsibilities that each department head must shoulder but also provided each department with a clear direction and set of goals to strive for. During the signing ceremony, Mr. Shen urged all departments to align their thinking and deeply recognize the necessity and importance of carrying out performance evaluation work.
Chairman Huang Bin Gives Important Instructions

Tianqi Automation Chairman Huang Bin highly praised the convening of this meeting for the smart equipment sector. As the cornerstone of Tianqi Automation’s business, the smart equipment sector has always been the company’s primary focus. This meeting, starting from mechanism reform and structural adjustment, has broken down previous boundaries and introduced new approaches to management thinking—efforts that deserve recognition. We look forward to seeing various responsible units collaborate and develop synergistically through a period of practical implementation. Regarding the annual sales and profit targets, General Manager Huang pointed out that all departments must take these goals seriously and give them the utmost attention. They should reasonably break down these targets to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of tasks, ultimately delivering a satisfactory performance report both to the headquarters and to themselves at year-end. Finally, General Manager Huang once again emphasized the importance of the incentive mechanism, pledging that the company will reward employees who have made exceptional contributions. Through this incentive system, we aim to spark managerial and technological innovation among our employees, inspire them to move forward together with unwavering determination, and achieve new leaps in the company’s development, advancing hand in hand with the company itself.

The successful signing ceremony of the target responsibility agreement clearly defined the key objectives and tasks for the company’s smart equipment division in 2020, serving as both a mobilization and a strong incentive for all regional teams within the smart equipment division to smoothly achieve their targets. We believe that with the concerted efforts and vigorous dedication of all Tianqi employees, the smart equipment division will surely ensure the completion of its 2020 objectives and attain new leaps and brilliant achievements.
