On November 12, 2019, the company's subsidiary, Tongling Tianqi Lantian Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongling Lantian"), held a kickoff meeting for deepening mechanism reform and a signing ceremony for project managers.

On November 12, 2019, Tongling Tianqi Lantian Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tongling Lantian”), a subsidiary of the company, held a kickoff meeting for deepening mechanism reform and a signing ceremony for project managers. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Huang Bin, Chairman of Tianqi Automation, and attended by Hua Runjie, Deputy General Manager of Tianqi Automation; Wu Qiuting, Deputy General Manager of Tianqi Automation; Qian Lihua, General Manager of Tongling Lantian; Zhang Aiqian, head of the operating company; Wang Haibing, head of the manufacturing company; and heads of various departments.
At this meeting, Chairman Huang Bin affirmed Tongling Lantian’s steady growth in the bulk material handling industry. At the same time, he benchmarked the company against its peers, analyzed the current shortcomings, pressures, and challenges facing the enterprise, and underscored the importance and urgency of deepening internal mechanism reforms. He also emphasized the need to unify thinking and fully recognize the significance of mechanism reform, and proposed that the company should comprehensively implement a project contracting responsibility system to boost the enthusiasm of middle-level managers and invigorate the enterprise.
To better implement the requirements of the mechanism reform, Tongling Lantian has optimized its organizational structure by integrating the Sales Department and the Design Department into a newly established Business Company. Zhang Aiqian has been appointed as the General Manager of the Business Company, and Wang Haibing has been appointed as the General Manager of the Manufacturing Company.


The signing ceremony for this project kicked off amid enthusiastic applause from everyone. First, Wang Haibing signed the production contracting responsibility agreement and pledged that his team would go all out to ensure the monthly production targets are met. Next, each project manager signed their respective project contracting responsibility agreements, committing to keeping project costs within 85% through various measures such as technological optimization and cost reduction in procurement. Moreover, incentives will be promptly provided for initiatives aimed at both increasing revenue and reducing expenses, thereby fostering a win-win situation for both the company and its employees.
Mr. Qian stated that Tongling Lantian is expected to exceed its sales target in 2019, achieving a double boost in both sales contracts and production volume. However, we must remain steadfast in advancing mechanism reform. The project management system will be a crucial lever for mobilizing the enthusiasm of all employees and driving the company's performance growth. Under the care of Tianqi Automation’s leadership and with the efforts of all employees, we will gradually expand the company’s scale, enhance its profitability, and improve employees’ incomes.
Chairman Huang Bin expressed his congratulations on the signing of the project manager system. At the same time, he noted that since Tongling Lantian was acquired by the company, its development achievements over the past decade and more have been widely recognized. The only shortcoming, he said, has been the lack of an incentive mechanism for mid-level management personnel, which has prevented the full tapping of employees’ intrinsic motivation within the company. He hopes that this reform of the incentive system will inspire every ambitious mid-level and even entry-level employee to develop a strong sense of ownership, enabling them to grow and prosper together with the company.
The company’s subsidiaries, Jiangsu FAW Foundry Automation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “FAW Foundry”) and Tongling Lantian, are both pioneers in Tianqi Automation’s efforts to deepen internal institutional reforms. The convening of this meeting marks the official start of Tongling Lantian’s deepening reform. With the introduction of FAW Foundry’s special reform plan and the advancement of the project manager contracting system at Tongling Lantian, these initiatives will undoubtedly set an excellent example and provide valuable experience for the company’s other subsidiaries and branch companies, thus opening a new chapter in Tianqi Automation’s comprehensive implementation of institutional reform.
