In 2019, Tianqi Automation was recognized as a “Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Manufacturing Single Champion,” a “Three-Star Cloud-Adopting Enterprise in Jiangsu Province,” an “Outstanding Enterprise for Building a Strong Industrial City in Wuxi,” and a “Leading Enterprise in Key Industrial Clusters of Wuxi.” In the R&D field, the company obtained 110 new authorized patents and filed 104 patent applications. “Technological innovation” has always been the top priority for Tianqi Automation’s development. After years of growth, our company has become a national high-tech enterprise, a national-level innovative enterprise, and a national demonstration unit for intellectual property work. We possess several R&D platforms, including the National Enterprise Technology Center, the National Postdoctoral Research Workstation, and the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research and Development Center for Logistics Automation Equipment.
Tianqi Automation’s intelligent equipment division has initiated R&D projects on new high-speed roller-bed conveyor lines, lifting and turning fixtures for final assembly, a prototype of LEAN-DIP coating technology, standardized electrical design parameters, standardization of intelligent conveying equipment technologies, AGV system development, and intelligent complete sets of conveying equipment for new-energy vehicle assembly. Among these, the project on intelligent complete sets of conveying equipment for new-energy vehicle assembly has been designated as a major science and technology achievement transformation project in Wuxi City. Jiangsu FAW Casting Co., Ltd., a key subsidiary of Tianqi Automation’s heavy-duty equipment division, has successfully developed and mass-produced new products such as wind turbine gearbox castings, and will continue to pursue R&D on new products for compressors and injection molding machines. Tianqi Automation’s recycling division has successfully developed 34 new products, filling a domestic technological gap in high-power crushing equipment. Guangzhou Oured, a subsidiary of the recycling industry division, has successfully passed the acceptance inspection conducted by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology as a pilot enterprise for remanufacturing, and its remanufacturing technologies and capabilities have been recognized.
