In 2019, Tianqi was recognized as the "single champion of manufacturing industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology", "three-star cloud enterprise in Jiangsu Province", "excellent enterprise in Wuxi City with strong industry", and "leading enterprise in Wuxi City with key industrial clusters", with 110 newly authorized patents and 104 patents applied in the research and development field. After years of development, our company has become a national high-tech enterprise, a national innovative enterprise and a national intellectual property work demonstration unit. It has national enterprise technology center, national postdoctoral research workstation, Jiangsu logistics automation equipment engineering technician research and development center and other research and development platforms.
In the intelligent equipment sector of Tianqi Co., Ltd., new technology projects such as new high-speed roller bed conveyor line, lifting and turning slings for general assembly, coating LEAN-DIP prototype, electrical standardized design parameters, technical standardization of intelligent transportation equipment, AGV system development, and intelligent packaged transportation equipment for new energy automobile assembly were initiated and developed. Among them, the project of intelligent transmission equipment for new energy vehicle assembly has been listed as a major scientific and technological achievements transformation project in Wuxi; Jiangsu FAW Casting Co., Ltd., an important subsidiary of Tianqi Heavy Industry Equipment, has successfully developed and mass produced new products such as wind power gearbox castings, and will continue to develop new products of compressors and injection molding machines; Tianqi's recycling sector successfully developed 34 new products, filling the technical gap of domestic high-power crushing equipment. Guangzhou Ouruide, a subsidiary of the recycling industry sector, successfully passed the acceptance of Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on remanufacturing pilot enterprises, and its remanufacturing technology and capabilities were recognized.
