U.S. Ford Project
The Ford Painting Project in the U.S. is a key overseas construction project newly undertaken by our company, carrying the dual mission of expanding into international markets and deepening technological innovation. The project adopts a simultaneous approach of new construction and renovation. Having commenced installation on August 20, 2024, it is now nearing completion. The exceptionally long construction period underscores the project's complexity.
For the first time, the project has introduced a dual-arm oscillating pretreatment system. By oscillating workpieces at multiple angles, this system significantly enhances the uniformity and thoroughness of processes such as cleaning and phosphating, thereby solidifying the foundation of surface treatment quality for automotive components and providing a robust guarantee for subsequent painting processes.
